Mochi is made with rice flour, so it is gluten free.

Some products are made with coconut milk. Any product can be customized to be made with out dairy, eggs and even sugar.

Since the Mochi is perishable, we are working on making our product shippable.

Our Mochi products do not, but other desserts may contain macadamia nuts or walnuts.
